The PLASTIKOIL® Concept QS Single Interline System enables in-house, on-demand manufacturing of coils for the 3000QS4 binding machine. By interlining the 3000QS4 with a PLASTIKOIL® NCF6 Concept Former, users can produce coils ranging from 6 mm to 30 mm (50 mm not available when interlining) within their own facility.

Designed to streamline the binding process, this solution manufactures the coil and immediately conveys it into position for insertion into the book. In-house manufacturing can result in up to 50% savings on material costs and reduces the need for inventory storage space.

Operation of the PLASTIKOIL® Concept QS Single Interline is handled by a single person who manages the entire setup. The hands-free coil placement feature contributes to increased binding productivity, while the 'Hot Start' feature allows the Former to stop and start with zero waste, optimizing material usage.

Flexibility is a key aspect of this solution, as it can operate in unison with the 3000QS4 or be detached for independent production when necessary. For increased capacity, it can be expanded to a Concept QS2 Dual Interline System.
