The Gateway Koilmatic is a fully electric table-top automatic coil inserter designed specifically for the digital print market. This innovative machine offers an affordable and efficient solution for binding up to 450 books per hour using patented technology, without the need for tools or an air supply.

The Koilmatic is engineered for productivity and ease of use, featuring an LCD screen that guides operators through setup and operation. The machine accommodates coil sizes from 8mm to 20mm and binding edges of 22 cm, 28 cm, A5, and A4 formats, with a 6.29 mm (0.2475") pitch. Vertical book placement facilitates the handling of tabs and wider covers, while consistent simultaneous crimping on both coil ends ensures a professional finish.

The machine's user-friendly design enables quick setup and changeover without tools, thanks to a built-in coil sizing gauge, innovative diameter adjustment, and convenient spine former storage. The Koilmatic comes complete with 13 spine formers, a comprehensive photo instruction manual, and a training DVD, ensuring operators have the resources they need to maximize the machine's potential.
